Philadelphia, Pa. October, 2009.
Now a month into production, "Paper Turtle" a new film by writer/director Jonathan Stutzman, is nearing its first shoot date.
The short film will be shot on location in Philadelphia, Pa, and revolves around a young boy who is sick and alone, when he meets a young girl, who is a ghost. The story is an intimate fairy-tale, which follows this budding friendship, and deals with such themes as innocence, loneliness, abandonment, and death; all through the eyes of children.
The film is headed by a talented production team that includes Christian T. Imbesi (Producer) and James Knightly (Cinematographer). Shooting is set to begin the end of October, and wrap the first week of December.
